Every product is hand-picked, individually packaged and shipped from our storage in Yorkshire. Our memorabilia products are as unique in their shipping needs as they are in the market.
You’ll also notice that our shipping is also entirely free! The cost of shipping doesn’t necessarily match the idea of shipping such a product – such as a pair of short which seems small and light but in actuality sits in a large display case, which is why they’re folded directly into the product price. As you might expect, there are a few terms and conditions which may affect your shipping, so please check them carefully before buying:
Shipping Terms and Conditions
1. Allcourt Sports Ltd aims to have every order shipped 3 working days from receipt of payment. Usually, it’s a next day service, but due to the varying nature of memorabilia, this is not always possible
1.1. Where we are unable to meet the 3 working day target we will notify the customer via email.
1.2. If a delivery is not received 5 days from dispatch, the customer must contact Allcourt Sports Ltd.
1.3. Due to the nature of our product, any lost or damaged orders must be assessed on a case by case basis to arrange refunds, replacements or compensation.
1.4. Large orders and multiple items may incur additional shipping charges. If concerned, the customer should contact Allcourt Sports prior to purchase. We take no profit or handling fee so any additional charges are at cost price.
2. All our shipping services are fully tracked and require a signature for delivery to be made. If no one is present when a delivery attempt is made, the courier will attempt to arrange a more appropriate time for delivery.
2.2. Any redelivery process is an arrangement between the customer and delivery firm. Allcourt Sports Ltd has no involvement and as such is not liable for any issues which arise.
2.3. Our products are all photographed before dispatch, to show their condition and packaging. Should an order be received with any damage, we use this to verify condition prior to hand-off with the courier.
2.4. If the exterior packaging is visibly damaged, opened, or has been tampered with, the customer must refuse the delivery and contact Allcourt Sports Ltd immediately.
3. All shipping is included for mainland UK customers only. Should delivery be required to an address outside of the UK mainland, the customer must contact Allcourt Sports Ltd prior to purchase
